Oh, man that is a bummer.

That beach is notorious for break-ins. I have known several people over the years who have been broken into.

check your u2u for my phone number

I am not familiar with the Cactus hotel near what plaza?

This is why I joined this board...these are the kind off folks I want to hang out with. We need more people like the ones above and less of the negative ranters....this was supposed to be a fun and helpful board, and I see that it is at least once in while.....

Just want to let you all know that I am back home now safe. Drove into Loreto yesterday tired and went to Palmas Altas hotel and told them what happen and they told me to stay the night and donīt worry that I could pay the next time thru. It turned out to be a great experince in so many ways. Thanks to this board for coming thru! What happen wonīt stop me from going back to that beach but next time I will not mind walking a little bit more and wonīt try to save a few bucks and stay at a lot that has an attendent. It could of been worse and I truely feel blessed. The deasert driving down was is beautiful! Thanks everyone for your support!
