Linguine decided to make a video for her niece on how to make a quick guacamole. Hearing her talk to herself in the kitchen, I had to investigate
which explains my cameo appearance.
Here's my recipe. People seem to like it. There's never any left.
6 ripe avacados smashed but chunky
1 cup La Victoria salsa mild (without cilantro)
two chopped fresh tomatoes
garlic powder
salt
pepper
Pour over the avacado seeds to keep it fresh.
lemon on top to keep it green
I don't use cilantro because I hate cilantro. I'm not big on spicy either.

...salsa from jar? NOT IN MY GUAC!
I used to feel that way until I had some guacamole at a friend's house (who is Mexican...and the family has a Mexican restaurant). I raved about the
guacamole and she told me that her secret is Pace salsa from a jar.
