700 sq.ft., 1 bedroom, furnished beach house at Playa los Naranjos. The only beach for MANY MILES around that has running water, sewer, sani-dump,
rental cottages for your visitors, public showers and restrooms with flush toilets.
Kitchen has small propane fridge and 4 burner stove with oven. Large storage room/workshop at rear. Bathroom is "work-in-progress". New roof a year
ago.
GLASS front windows can be opened or closed.

I spoke with the seller. The lot rent is $3,650 / year - 10 bucks a night.

This beach house is at the north end of Bahia Concepcion, about 10 miles south of Mulege, on Playa Los Naranjos.
If you go to Bob and Susan's website, there is a link to our
location. Try www.mulege.org .We are within walking distance.
