It sort of looks like The Todos Santos Inn.

Katie,

You guessed it. A very nice place to stay. They have a bar so you can enjoy the grounds without having to stay there.

Looks like a nice place, but where are the people?

Ken, great looking place. Last time we were in Todos Santos was about 12 years ago and I don't remember seeing this place. How long has it been in operation?

I imagine a lot has changed over the last 12 years in TS.

Greg,

They were all in the bar! When I was there I only saw another couple. It was midweek and early October. The Inn has only 8 rooms.

Bob,

I was there in 2005, I don't know how long it had been open at that time. The building has a long history, formally a Sugar Baron's house from the 19th century. Worth checking out next time through if only for a visit at the bar.
