are these next to Gary and Lorraine? are you selling there? i thought Lorraine owned Mulege Realty?
i like the private slips. are they going to improve the road going in?

Capt. Mike,
Gary and Lorraine do have a home out here in the Villas. The road in here is only mile and 1/4 long off of Mex 1, which is really nice because we do not get any of the hwy noise. The road isn't that bad, sandy/rock. Lauri

its sure is a livable place...

and the "no noise" from the road is a great asset

After much thought, we have decided it would be better to list the two houses as one property with Mulege Realty. The small house would make an excellent vacation rental for extra retirement income.

Gary saved our butts once many years ago when alex's panga lost a motor and we were 17 miles out drifting.
he cancelled a family outing and searched 3 hours till he found us.
then put us under a 5 kt tow for another eternity of like 2.5 hours.

a selfless individual!
