Hey David, I really appreciate the maps! Sometimes you give us too much Baja info at once...but I'm not complaining!
Life here in La Purisima has not changed that much since 1941. It is "Date" season here and these photos were taken a few days ago. They are burning
the Palm Fronds early in the morning. Fall has taken place here in the past week and it is a magical time for those of us who have been through
here…and Palm Springs, California years ago at the same time...Wow! It really is like 1941, but it is November 11, 2008. This is Baja like we love it!

Another great map David.....any idea what the red lines are representing? Almost seems it could be the route Nelson/Goldman took but its been years
since I read that book...

I saw Palm Springs a long, long, time ago!
