I'm not an exhaust expert but I did sleep in my Palapa last night (Osprey, I think) -- but just out of curiousity, is the noise loud enough so you can't hear your wife? I'm looking for something along those lines.

"flow-master" is a good muffler...

i'd just go stock...

An after market stock muffler will be quiet. Midas, Mienike (sp) etc.

Im running a FLOW MASTER 40 SERIES, it's a little bit to loud for my wife but I love it, FLOW MASTER 50 series it's a little bit more meallow, on my trip to SAN PEDRO MARTIR, you could heard my muffler all the way to the top of the moutain..
