Baja California archaeology articles
I ran across this index of articles published by the Pacific Coast Archaeology Society. Back issues are kind of expensive, but if you really want
them, this is a nice compilation of Baja subject matter:

Yes - you can read some of the articles, but they're securitized - you can't print them or copy them - I tried!!
For one short article on the Caselipe mission ruins at La Grulla, I "print screen", and then Cntrl V (Word doc), and the printed them off, taped them
all together, copied them at 125%. For 5 pages, it's not too much work.
You can go to the PCAS Home site, where there is ordering information - it's $10 per issue, plus $2.75 mailing for one (less postage for more than
one). It would be nice if they had some provision to order particular articles for less money.

Cindi, you and I know Max Kurillo who was part of the La Grulla expedition and the write up... I have the paper and map (somewhere)!
In fact, I emailed Max this morning as I haven't heard from him in a while. If you recall, he was with us in Tijuana for Viva Baja Cactus (11/2006)!

I have an extensive list of books and periodicals relating to Baja Indians/Archaeology/Early Man. A copy of the list can be emailed - send your
address to normanc@olypen.com .
Also available is a list of Baja-related articles in the Pacific Coast Archaeological Society Quarterly, so you don't have to search every issue.
Many of the items listed can be found at local or university libraries if you know to look for them.
No charge or obligation.

You internet couch potatoes have probably forgotten that libraries have all you can read for free! And photocopies for personal use usually run less than $0.25 per page. Try your local university.
