Perro Rescue
Here's the latest addition to our family. My daughter says she followed her home, late one night under the stars and moon. She was skin and bones,
but still had the sparkle in her eyes, which are the color of mexican amber. We suspected she had been abused from her behavior. She has some black
stripes towards her back side. Long story short, she's been to the vet and we're fattening her up. She's house broken, can now sit, shake, high
five, lay down and will roll over if you offer her a chip! We are trying to find a kennel to take her home on the plane. Oh, we named her Luna.

Ahhh what a nice story. I rescued my dog Boomer 13 years ago and he could not love me any more than he does. He loves me so much I can't go to the
bathroom alone. He must nudge himself between the commode and bathtub. I just deal with it.

How lucky is Luna to have found you, and how lucky you are to have found her! She looks like quite the clown and I hope you'll keep the photos coming
as she fills out and becomes all she can be.
Many years of love!!!

Ahhhhh......My fondest dream realized.
Kidding aside, ckiefer, you are a good person with a big heart. Thanks for your story.

Baja Dogs are cool! And how fortunate for the both of you to have found one another.
This little girl wandered into our surf camp at K55 some years ago and provided protection for the 3 nights we were there in exchange for some scraps,
soup, and affection.
Haven't had a bad trip yet....

Looks like Luna hit the jackport when she found your daughter.
That second picture is a picture of a dog that is feeling very secure in her surroundings. Great job.

Vari-Kennel
Animalandia in Loreto has a flight kennel you are welcomed to borrow.
(I just sent down an additional 5 Vari-Kennels of differing sizes on a truck last night. We gladly lend them to people who adopt an animal. Borrower
sends them back via UPS to me in Santa Barbara and they get back down with the next truck.)
You don't say where you are located—or maybe I missed it.
