Mexicali Costco Under Pass/San Felipe

FYI
Coming back from San Felipe yesterday:

1. The road section between San Felipe and the Military check point has about 5 miles of road construction that requires you to drive in the dirt on the side of the road. The road was fine in my truck and would be fine for any auto, however, it would be questionable if it were to rain a bunch.

2. The underpass in Mexicali in front of Costco is now open and is great. Probably the fastest road work I have seen in since traveling Mexico!!:bounce:
