Bag Limits

Next month will be my first fishing trip to BCS. Where can I find information on daily bag limits per species? Practically speaking, we plan to catch only each evening's dinner. But the information would be good to know. Thank you.

I believe daily limits for boat fishing is 10 fish total with 5 of each species except game fish like dorado, marlin which are limited to 2. Dont forget your mexican fishing license!

An evening's dinner never comes close to the bag limit.

The 2 of us will eat 1-2 calico bass or cabrilla for dinner.

The last time I asked a panguero that question, his answer was "Llena la panga." I didn't. I'm sure I knew what he was thinking on the ride back.

All my childhood I wanted to be older. Now I\'m older and this chitn sucks.

I have the same problem translating "Catch and Release" in Spanish. While they hear the words, they have a look that says it all. Only a crazy gringo would go all the way out here, burn all this gas, and throw perfectly edible fish back into the sea after working so hard to catch one.
