Calling a cell phone in Baja from one in El Centro.

Hola all. I have done a search several different ways and can't find how to call a fellow nomad in Mexico on his cell phone. Country code and such. Any help would be appreciated.

To call a Mexican cell phone from the United States you need to add a "1"

So, you dial 011-52-1 and then the area code and number

Example not a real number 011-52-1-619-243-9019

Good luck
Diane
