How many structures have been built so far? How many of the lots are ON the water?

It's mysterious how people post land lots for sale and state the price but not the size.

But then again, a simple Google search can reveal alot of info.

Looks like the lots are about 300 sq. meters.

180,000 / 300 = $600 / meter.

http://www.deserthawkproperties.com/

Compare that with a recent post about oceanfront land for sale in the San Quintin area for $7.50 / meter.

And who knows? A few years from now, that might seem like a deal of a lifetime. Beachfront in SF isn't something to sneeze at - even in the current economic climate.

I was just in Jose Del Cabo and looked at 1 bedroom condos that looked away from the beach towards a garden that were $200K US. I think everything is relative. The real estate market in Phoenix, according to some friends who sell real estate, is starting to pick up.

Is this fideicomiso land or land lease? Is a concession necessary?
Just curious.

My buddy sold his house at PDO for $300K and he is about 4 blocks from the front. Not a trend, but at least it is going in the right direction.
