El Cardonal Hideaway Open?

Good Sunday morning all. We are going to be visiting East cape and El Cardonal the middle of April and have been unable to contact the El Cardonal Hideaway.
We were told by a fising guide that it wassn't open yet a few weeks ago and that the road got washed out pretty good during the Hurricane.
Does anyone know if the hotel is open, or when it will be?
We can't wait to get out of the snow and back on the beach!

Thanks! We really appreciate the help. We tried the phone #'s and e-mail on the website and got no response. We would love to stay in that area.
