Wow, what great footage. There must have been some great vibes in that boat. The whale seemed as interested in the people as the other way around.

Thanks,

Phenominal footage!

I took my younger daughter to Scammons Lagoon in '02 when she was 11 years old but the day we went out the wind was whippin' and we didn't get to touch one...I can now see what we missed out on...

A new trip is in order for next year. Hope I dont get carjacked on the way...

Haven't had a bad trip yet....

and for your added viewing pleasure...take note that the end of one of her flippers has been chewed off by a Killer Whale..yikes...also you can see that the left part of her cute face and top of her head has more barnacles than the right side...this is because when they drag the bottom for amphipods they generally wipe the right side of their head along the bottom and scoop up those tastey morsels...thus hardly any barnacles grow on their right side of the face and head...they get scraped off.

gotta love those big girls...so mushy.

Seeing that makes me want to get reservations for a trip next March. Exellent!
