baja bound
lewis and lewis
discover baja

i've used the first two, they're listed in order of how i was dealt with by their phone rep. never had a claim, but since baja bound advertises on this site i feel i may get better assistance from them in case of disaster. L&L made me feel like a number although they are cheaper.

Two issues here. Compare the coveragte in terms of liability limits and then compare the legal coverage, which is very important in Mexico. You can also do a search on this issue as it has been answered ad naseum on this board numerous times.

Over the years, we have used both Discover Baja Travel Club and Lewis and Lewis.
One claim with Discover was resolved easily and quickly.
We had no claims with Lewis and Lewis.

Check their pricing; I would use either.
I also hear good things about Bajabound but have never used them.

Discover can also send your prepaid FMTs and fishing licenses.

I go along with bajachris.
Been buying Discover Baja for about 30 years. Never had to use it, but it's simple, on-line, plus get one's FMT's and licenses. Great newsletter. Well worth the $29.00 membership!
