Baja Clamming on TV

Just watched an episode of "Offshore Adventure". Fishing in Loreto, part of the show was about clamming for chocolate, and white clams. They were snorkeling in shallow water for'em. They must have all had Mexican citizenship, but they didn't mention that, or that non-citizens were retricted from clamming.

What's the penalty if your not a citizen? They sure had a nice boat

Which boat? The "Go Fisch" or the new boat? I love that show except for the "I'm really jealous" part.

I worked on that boat when it was new. They were escorted by a mexican citizen and were meerly asisting him in gathering his legal limit...;D I DVR every episode of that show. The new mother ship was in Ensenda's baja naval shipyard. They have yet to broadcast an episode on the new "Mothership/war wagon" operation.
