BAJA ALMANAC 2009 at printers! (+ San Juan Mine article)
Just read the Discover Baja April, 2009 newsletter with this good news: NEW LINK:
http://www.discoverbaja.com/pdf/apr09.pdf
Nice 3 page article with photos on the San Juan mines, also!
The San Juan mines were the source of the ore that was processed at Las Flores, south of Bahia de los Angeles.

The article on the San Juan mine is excellent. Carolina (and others) have the best museum in Baja and their collection is unsurpassed.

I went back to discoverbaja.com and clicked on the link for the April newsletter and see that the url was changed... I also edited the first post link
to the newer one: http://www.discoverbaja.com/pdf/apr09.pdf This has color photos, Doug's html link is text only.
