Mike, the last I heard was an investment group out of California had bought the hotel and airstrip and was somehow involved with the development there and Los Muertos. Then I heard that with the market crashing that things kind of fell by the wayside. Two people who should know something are David Jones at http://www.fishermensfleet.com
or perhaps Jonathan Roldan at http://www.tailhunter-international.com

thx Jim. i have also contacted another guy who is a partner whom i know but so far nothing straight.
but yeah, it's a typical progosis. no cash to keep it moving while everyone is reining in on investments or vaca properties.
the market is still falling. i see the ads here on nomadia for baja homes and stuff and have to chuckle at the asking prices.
if you really want to sell you have to get realistic and drop trou.

if you don't HAVE to sell but are fishing - well that's sumthin different naturally.

Jesse might be able to tell you as well. One of his old waiters was working there trying to get the place open. No idea if he still is. That was about a year ago.

Then don't let the door of opportunity hit you in the face as it slams shut. Take the plunge, you will almost be my neighbor.
