All the photo shortcut button does is enter the source of the photo. You can also do this manually by typing the code: [img]your photo url[/img]. It doesn't enter any descriptions or titles. You will need to do that in the text box either above or below the html code. Use the preview button to see what it will look like on the forum before posting.
