Lets hope they find a way to get the LB workers back to their homes. Sounds like there are a lot of LB workers in Loreto with nothing to do?

Sorry, I forgot to add add the today link :(

The state governor says that will avoid that Loreto Bay owners escape responsability since there are the conditions to unlock the problem created by the collapse of LB, while the state goverment, FONATUR and Loreto municipality won't let that BANAMEX city group escape their responsability with workers and suppliers.

I hope Butterfield and Grogan and Tom Nolan and Venoit are proud of themselves. I don't see them sitting at the table taking the heat. They knew what they were handing Citibank. The "founders" homes should be sold at auction to pay for the workers' ticket home. I'm glad the governor and mayor are stepping in to hold people accountable. Isn't indebtedness punishable with time in jail? That's where Butterfield and Grogan belong for their gross mismanagement and fraud. And what did Replay do except pay themselves and further deplete whatever funds were available. Someone should do an audit of their books as well.

The entire "eco-sustainable" aspect to this project sounds like a fancy marketing ploy to well-heeled, socially-conscious, but inexperienced or naive "clients". By inexperienced and naive, I mean people who have not actually spent time in Mexico in general, and Baja in particular, in a rental or owned home dealing with the inevitable issues.

I just think these scammers chose their victims very well. The fund mismanagment was far far along before the first crumbling started.
