CA has to crack down on these kids. They live in TJ yet still attend San Diego schools on our dollars. Half of TJ has some relative living in the
USA to use as their kids physical address for school- over 5000 cross per day. The latinas who work at the admin levels of the school system turn a
blind eye. They make it very easy. What a racket. Sure... they are visiting their tias in tia-juana ... lol This must be their summer job- I used
to mow lawns...

SAN DIEGO – Five teenagers have recently been arrested with narcotics strapped to their bodies in what authorities are calling a new trend in drug
smuggling along the border.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested the teenagers, all U.S. Citizens, on Thursday and Friday at the San Ysidro and Calexico ports of
entry. Agents seized roughly 17 pounds of marijuana and just over a pound of brown heroin, worth an estimated $38,000, officials said.
On Thursday morning, a 16-year-old boy from Chula Vista wearing a sweater on a warm day caught the attention of officers at the San Ysidro Port of
Entry. Officers checked him and found packages with almost three pounds of marijuana taped to the back of his thighs and around his legs, official
said.
About 1:30 p.m. Thursday, a 16-year-old boy was also stopped. Agents patrolling the lines of pedestrians at the Calexico Port of Entry said the boy
looked nervous and was walking oddly. They said they found a package taped to his thigh with more than a pound of brown heroin.
Later that day, officials said another boy with an awkward walk was stopped on the San Ysidro pedestrian bridge. The 17-year-old was stopped with four
packages of marijuana containing four and a half pounds of marijuana around his thighs and calves, officials said.
Girls are also being recruited to smuggle narcotics.
On Friday morning, a 15-year-old San Diego girl was pulled aside at San Ysidro after agents noticed she was wearing an extra large sweat shirt that
looked “suspiciously bulky.”
The girl had two packages taped on her stomach and back which contained more than four and a half pounds of marijuana, officials said.
About the same time, officers pulled aside another 15-year-old girl from San Diego who was also wearing an unusually bulky sweat shirt. Officers found
two packages taped to her stomach and back with almost five pounds of marijuana.
All of the teens were turned over to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and face drug smuggling charges. The teens are being held at
juvenile detention centers.

TROUBLED CHILDREN? I would think the parents set them up for this and now we have to pay for these "troubled children" in the juvenile system and
therapy?. It just never stops.

All that means is that those teens will now finish their high school education at Juvenile Hall, which is just a high school with a taller fence
around it. At age 18 their records will be sealed and they will be set free as citizens of the US with a clean police record.
That's why the drug dealers are using them as mules.
