Border crossing first time

Hey Nomads,

I have always flown into Baja and this will be my first time driving to BCS, I will be towing a camp trailer that will be packed with household goods and tools. Will I have any issues crossing the border and other inspections?
Thanks,

You'll have to deal with Customs at the border, and will probably be subject to inspection at most Army checkpoints just because of the trailer.

You are an FM-3 holder, yes? Since 'tourists' (people with an FM-T) do not bring anything into Mexico that doesn't come back home with them at the end of their vacation.... and your list sounds like things for a residence in Mexico, that will stay in Mexico...???
