Request: San Sebastian
I got a voicemail message on Skype last night from a Lee Steinberg in Cangsha, Hunan, China. Still a mystery how he picked me out. Anyway, he and a
partner own a home in San Sebastian and he was trying to get a fix on the situation there and see if the home is still there. Mentioned something
about it build in the wash, like ( according to him ) all structures in the area.
Does anyone have any information that I could relay to this fellow?
BTW,it was amazing how clear the connection with China was on Skype. Like talking on a landline phone. The call startled me so much, that I actually
forgot to ask why and how he picked me for information. Wouldn't know the guy if I found him in my soup. But now he's in my contacts after I told him
I would try to get some information.

If we hear from San Nicholas, we also should know about San Nicholas which is very close to San Sebastian.
They got hit pretty bad on the last one. I will post if I get a call.
They should at least have their boats and can get out via Water , if there are any pangas left that is.

Yes! Boat would be the only way in or out. The roads would be impassible at present, due to the storm. Perhaps someone there would have an operable
satellite system. (?)

Vagabondo is also trying to get help from family relatives in Loreto.
Also Roberto up on the Highway next to the Old road cutoff should know something if he did not get washed away.
Has any body been able to get to Lower Conception from Loreto??
How about "Bombero" any body heard from that family??

I talked to an owner of one of the homes in San Sebastian last night and he said Enrique the care taker said San Sebastian was spared again . He was
able to drive out in a two wheel drive vehicle on the road that goes by Conception Bay. Still no word on San Nicolas yet.

Thanks Kenny for that information. However, am I not correct that the drainage into San Sebastion is much less area than the drainage into San
Nicolas' wash. I don't remember SS getting too much with Julio either, but we know what it did to both of our places in San Nicolas'.

actually julio hit us pretty good. we had flooding through the houses closer to the river bed and the road in was completely washed out. not the worst
the cove has been through, but certainly flooded and messy.
i would share pics, but not sure how here.

San Nicolas
I talked with a friend two days ago and he was in Loreto having dinner and had just come from San Nicolas. He said they were spared any real damage.
A few roofs gone is all. He was diving with Terry at Ildefanso that day and everything was OK. Said he saw a few marlin while diving the North Pt.
