Otay Airport shuttle / Parking

Amigos..
I'm flying out of Tijuana airport and i'm looking for a place in Otay to leave my car for 3 weeks and a shuttle to the airport and back. I heard that there is a place like this in Otay near the border but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Last May I drove in at Otay, dropped some folks off at the
TJ Airport. Before I did that, I asked the same questions
you have. I was told that in the past there
was a shuttle on the US side at Otay,
that went to the TJ Airport, I was told that is
no longer in operation. When I picked them up 1 week
later, I parked on the US side, and walked across, I saw a couple of lots for day parking,
1/2 blk before the Otay Crossing on the Us side, I would assume
there is not a limit as how long one could park
there, I remember it being $6 -$7 a day. The lots
looked reasonably secure, there were taxis on
the Mex side as you walk into Mex,
on returning, we took an Airport Taxi, which
there were 5 of us, they used a Taxi Van to
take us to the pedestrian crossing at Otay,
cost $16 dollars
