Houses for Rent in Ensenada

We have a couple of houses on the beach in Ensenada for lease.

Live right on the beach while having everything nearby.

Sizes range from 1bd to 3bd.

5 min from downtown Ensenada and 3 min from Walmart and Macroplaza del Mar.

Affordable prices.

I'm trying to figure out by the foto where it is. Maybe Rancho Ensenada, a bit south of the now gone Tigers Cave?

Continuing the guessing game, if it's 5 mins from downtown, and 3 mins from Walmart, it certainly has to be north of Walmart, no?

The foto is, I'm sure. Nothing showing that age on the beach south of WalMart.
Then, you're in the army base.

Yes, these houses are at Playa Todos Santos (formerly Rancho Ensenada).

We don't have a web page yet, but it will soon be up and running.

Leases on houses on beach row range from $450 to $520.
Leases on rest of Playa Todos Santos range from $350 to $450.

All depending on size and location. Utilities are included, so is maintenance and security.

Picture was taken this week.

Very cool. Welcome to the high adventure of Baja Real Estate.

By the way....Are you going to mention the road going through your project just as has been planned for the last thirty years? And, in fact, the only gap in the existing road is the space occupied by Rancho Ensenada and those water front houses?
Didn't the police just go through there and inventory the unoccupied, not unowned, houses in the effort to turn it over to the lawful owner or lesee? From Hussong to...forget his name. It's a brand of tequila. Right?
I know people who live there and I know what they tell me but, I'll let you explain it.

"Utilities are included"

Excuse me....I forgot to ask about this. Propane is included? That's very unusual.

Yes there is a road planned to come through this property eventually, as it has been planned for the last 30 years. Governement has no $$$ and is tied up for the next couple of years, as you know first they need to take down the houses next to la cueva del tigre, then they have to relocate the CONALEP.

Not police, but court officials, they evicted Hussong as he stopped paying rent, although your friends and other residents continued been duped by the guy and payed rent up to the eviction day, even though they didn't have to.

Those residents who wished to stay signed new leases on their houses, those which didn't were evicted. As Hussong has only rights to lease temporary Trailer and Mobile Home spaces and your friends were sublessees, well I guess you understand the whole con behind that. The property is owned by Desarrollos Inmobiliarios de la Costa, don't know any tequilas by that name, if you do, please get me a bottle.

No propane isn't included, just electricity, water, security 24/7, trash pic up, beach cleanup, septic tank cleanup, frontyard cleanup, public area maitenance and some other services which the place needs after so much neglect.

Not at all.

See Hussong leased the land from our company. the lease has been the same for the last 40 odd years, as there have been 2 previous owners, it has always been a year by year agreement for Temporary Trailer and Mobile Home spaces. He subleased it out to the americans, and led them to believe all kinds of hocus pocus, so these people were conned and duped in to buying houses on lease land. He didn't even show face for the rancho ensenada residents, not even to compensate his workers.

Truth is you don't buy rights on subleased land. If you want to buy a house you do it through a Fidecomiso directly with the owner, as Fidecomisos don't work on leased land and any improvements you make on that land, just like the states, become property of the owner.

I believe you should probably post about that.

We rent the houses directly, no acquiring rights on them or anything, straight lease on house for fixed time frame.

That's a different Rancho Ensenada. That one is a few miles inland. Same name, different set of ladrones.

It's a whole different thing. The one at the beach is a Campo Turistico Beach Camp. The one in the hills is a special events place with a few rooms, nice bar and kitchen, swiming pool, maybe two, can't remember. Also, they have a really rustic 9 hole pitch 'n putt golf course. If your ball goes out of bounds, say good bye to it. The rattlers have it.

The place is only open to booked partys. It also has a really messy history.

Just looked at the above link. Lee Amate is part of the mess I referred to.
