The price drop is understandable as the lot was 2000 m2 and its now 1200 m2.:smug:

Nice price for a buyer.

This begs the question about clear title. If a recent post indicated the size of the lot and now it is different, has the trust been updated to reflect the change.

Located , on the hill on the left as you arrive to the beginning of the village of ensenada blanca .

Many of the readers on this site have seen the house in the saddle of the hills on the beach as they headed out for fishing to the islands near by.

You can google earth and see the house on the beach and the village on the other side of the hill .

Crusoe , have you been to this area before ? If you have you know how wonderful it is. We have loved being on the beach and having great friends in the area . Never without something to do .

This area will grow , now is the time to enjoy it .

People in the Loreto area generally deplore the idea of development. Obviously, for good reason. However, Villas Group has a very successful track record. Of course, it will become more crowded, and probably inspire other developers. That said, ligui's home sounds to be a very good real estate investment. Just ask folk who bought in the cabo area 25 years ago.
