k-rico, no man, my lots in Loreto are much much cheaper than that.

If you buy all four of my small lots (total =966.6 sq mts for $40,000 USD) is only $41.38 /sq mt. My highest individual price per sq meter for one of my my big corner lots is $120/sq mt, but if you buy both corner lots for $90,000 thats $98/sq mt. You can have all my contiguous lots for $120,000 (1,884.23 sq mts) and that would be only $64/sq mt. --- no where near $187.50/sq mt!

Perhaps, finally, some indecision in the market. The US real estate market has gone to hades, but folks holding land SOB have been steadfast at holding prices. Trouble is that way too many folks feeling the squeeze have dumped or attempted to dump their second homes. You folks down there holding on to or representing real estate need to get real about what's going on in the real world. Price your stuff to move, if you really want to sell, as opposed to looking for the occaisonal idiot tourist.

Sorry Mitchman, I obviously had your lots confused with someone elses. Now that I think about it, it might have been a recent posting about San Felipe lots.

Face it. Unemployment is at historical level in the US. If you really want to move your inventory, you have to drop your prices substantally. Or wait it out, if you have the cajones and the time to do so.
