Anyone thinking of owning a place near La Paz should go out and see wiley's property. It is fantastic and has so much to offer....lots of potential as a eco tourism spot..maybe a B&B type thing. It's so lovely and quiet and so nice to just lounge in the pool....I highly recommend this paradise....they have worked many many years on all the things there like palapa bar, pool, guest house and has lots of really unique features.

Just make sure that the contract requires the new owners to continue the tradition of great parties.

Shari Thank you for the kind words about our house. If a person was to use this property for a business all of our Mexican friends have tried to get us to have a place for special events(Weddings,Birthdays, Graduations Etc) this is big business down here there are many places in La Paz that cater to this, but there is none that can compare.

comitan and his wife put their heart and soul into this divine place and it shows when you visit it. There are so many unique features and details that make it special...like the beautiful tiled dolphins in the bottom of the pool...I have such a great memory of floating and chatting with ms.comitan for hours in that pool. You have to see this place to appreciate it's charm and it's obvious tender loving hands went into building each feature...dang..I wish I had spare cash to buy it for Sirenita!!

If you are talking about the window shades they are double cell insulating blinds and do not know the color.

No, the exterior walls, especially the fence.
BMG: what I had in mind was the 11 oz Luckys. Pretty skanky stuff but the tops were fun.

Santiago

Any paint store look at the samples. Just back from the states still drinking Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale-Luckys you pour down the drain.

Yep, I saw it. Unfortunately in my case, there'd need to be a whole new level of creativity.
