I had a chance to join the Mag 7 pit crew at the recent Baja 1000 and worked pit #4 at Borrego Junction. We had a great weekend and saw a lot of
action as each racer/team had to come through Borrego twice...if they made it that far. I shot a bunch of footage and put together this video. Enjoy!

Yeah....at night you could see the cars coming from pretty far away....they really put out a lot of light. Unfortunately some racers came through with
broken light racks and several lights out...the course is so brutal on the vehicles!
I liked the one where the truck is coming up behind the ATV. Reminded me of Tunaeater with Robby Gordon on his tail a couple of years ago on his way
to Matomi.
That was a pretty intense moment TW....I had actually stepped away from the camera while it was recording when they came around the corner. I was
lucky I did. Right before they pass the camera you can see the ATV veer off the race course towards the camera to let the trophy truck pass, but then
veer back in the opposite direction to avoid taking out the camera.
Funny thing about that same clip with the quad......I have had three people contact me through YouTube asking permission to use it in videos they are
putting together about the Baja 1000. One guy actually offered me money. I am pretty flattered actually!
