Trip From '07

I came across some photos from our first family trip to Baja in August of 2007 and wanted to share. During this trip, we started in San Diego, camped in Salsipuedes (the last time before it was sold and closed to the public - had I known that at the time, I would have taken some pictures there!!), La Bocana, Punta Cabras, Bahia San Quintin, and La Chorera. We suspect that Mister was conceived here too (all evidence points to Salsipuedes...gives new meaning to "get out if you can"). Thanks for letting me share!

Packed up for Explorer - ing!

Now we take a trailer!

Erin at 1 1/2, petting the Donkey at La Bocana.

Vaquero just south of La Bocana.

Roadside altar near El Coyote.

Sand dunes, lower La Bocana. Very crowded that day :)

Camp at Lower La Bocana.

Erendira.

Erin on the beach below Erendira.

Voodoo Squirrel :)

Punta Cabras.

Moonrise over Cabras.

Still Life at Cabras.

Wild Horses. Not sure where...

Bahia San Quintin.

Oyster Palapa, Bahia San Quintin

Fruteria San Quintin. This particular one burned down shortly after this photo was taken:(

Giant Buddy Jesus always makes me smile:biggrin:
