Great deal Pacific Lot $25,000

1600 m2, 270 meters from the beach with beach access. Incredible views. No services. Clean title. Also a beach front lot available 1900 m2 for $100,000. Lots are located about an hour north of La Paz, BCS. U2U for pictures and info. (located in a development my husband represents through his real estate business.)

About 10 km south. Access is from km 52 north of La Paz. The turnoff is for Agricola Conquista, but the road branches off toward the coast.

The lots are subdivided, titled and ready for sale. They are eligible for American Title Insurance. On the beach lots, of which there are 3 available, there will owner financing available and the owners are anxious to sell, so are willing to work with potential buyers.

Oops...correction. That's Km 55 north of La Paz, and it's Conquista Agraria. Sorry.

Also, Baja Nomad "Rob" has some amazing lots for sale at his development at La Aguja. The minimum size is 2/3 acre and some are over an 1 1/2 acres. They have both water and electricity. We went up and camped for a visit with them this summer and had a great time. The beach is beautiful. Refreshing change from the heat of La Paz. These lots start at $130,000. It's a different market than Pacific Sol above.
