Bahia Conception

We are leaving cold Canada for Bahia Concepion, our first trip that far south. Which beachs are best for camping, we are pulling a 5th wheel about 27 feet long. Can't wait to get back to Baja.

Playa Requeson was quite crowded on the 26th of Jan. My vote is Santispac, more beach closer to town, and even has a watering hole. ( Ana's ):lol:

I've stayed at several, all good for different reasons, but some may be better than others for your 5th wheel access. If you are staying for a while, pick one like Santispac for a night, unhook and spend the next morning checking out the others to see if you want to move.

Bahia CONCEPCION :light:

Anyway, El Requeson my be hard to get a big fifth wheel into... Santisapac is easy, the first beach next to the highway south of Mulege, has Ana's restaurant... but is noisy from trucks using their jake brakes.

After you arrive and are in the mood to explore some come out to Punta Chivato. There are whispers that the concession holder is going to really do some improvements.

I count 3 - 5th wheels, 3 - RV's, a pick-up camper and 3 - trailers.
The red truck and trailer is us !!

FYI; 5th wheels are easier to get into places like this than most trailers or RVs.
They have more ground clearance at the rear end.

Santipac for sure. Easy in, easy out. Ana's. Close to town for ice, beer, food, ect. Unhook and explore. Punta Chivato is beautiful, check Russ's pictures! I'm sorry to hear that sand strip is gone at El Requeson. Neat place, just watch the tides!

Santispac is nice a roomy, but my vote goes for El Coyote, by the palm trees or parked along one of the little palapas there! The tamale lady will come by every morning.
