I have wondered about this question recently and I don't want to take away from you selling the property but I have to ask cause it keeps coming up.

Is it possible now that since these houses were technically flooded that any new fideicomiso could be in question because of the Federal Zone changing. Afterall the Federal Zone is 20 meters above the highest tide line and there is precedents set for them changing due to this type of situation.

I am just asking here. I do not know if this might be an issue.

Can you post a picture of this Mulege Casita? It is better if you give the specific place in order to know if the location is nearer to our place. Actually, my friend is looking for a good house that it is convenient.

I just tried to add a picture and while it appeared to take, I don't see it yet. But I would be happy to send lots of pictures to anyone interested. Aside from being a great vacation home, this also has potential as a winter rental income home - which is what we are going to do with it if we don't sell it.

This is a big roll of the dice. Those houses are beautiful. An amazing location, in a wonderful town. Anyone willing to bet that they will be able to enjoy their place there for years to come without short term future flooding, may have a bet with the devil. That said, I have seriously considered buying there, myself. Sweet houses. Sweet town.

Oh Man! That's right. You'll make it there on a Thursday night, just in time for Jungle Jim's chili relleno night! To DYE for... Please tell us they are not as good as they used to be.

Have a great time Mike!
