Italian Restaurant in El Socorro - New Hours

We forgot why we came to Baja and that was to relax and enjoy this beautiful place. We decided that we needed at least 1 day off a week so.... The Restaurant will be Closed on Tuesdays. We are open at 7 AM.

We are Open Sun & Mon Until 7 PM and Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat until at least 8 PM and with the days getting longer .....

Thanks to all of you that have joined us for Breakfast &/or Espresso, Lunch & Dinner, we really enjoyed meeting you and appreciate your patronage.

Just a reminder, we have flushable toilets, we use bottled water, everything is Homemade & Fresh when you order it, we use real utensils & plates & glassware, oh and we have free Wi-Fi for our customers. I can make vegetarian dishes also if anyone requests them (Frittata, Vegetariano Platter, Veggie Pizza, Caprese' or Bruschetta) The marinara sauce is Vegetarian until I add meat, when you order.

We are offering 10% off for Baja Nomads & Discover Baja members, no you don't have to mention it first or bring in a coupon, just mention it!!

We hope you'll join us soon for great Coffee & Espresso, Breakfast, Pizza, Pasta or Dessert (Apple Pie, Cheesecake, Carrot Cake & Baja Bars (kinda like a cheesecake cookie bar) are some of our speciatles. We also feature fresh Crab Louie with Homemade Louis Dressing & Fresh Bread (no, not Bimbo), we also have Caesar Salads, Chicken & Artichoke Salad or Chef Salad all served with fresh bread.

Drive by and see our new traffic control device, give us your opinion on whether it works or not. Look forward to hearing your opinions.

Lovin' every day in Beautiful Baja!!

We debated between Mon & Tues, Mon still seems to have travelers on the road, Tues are pretty quiet, but we are still open to ideas. You said you closed on Mondays, did you close early on Sun to get a little more time???

FYI - the sign says "Pizza" & Wi-Fi the new sign for Romans Bistro Italian Restaurant is just about ready to go up right out front. Should be ready by the end of the week!!

We hope that when you visit your friends here in El Socorro we will see you (checked the calendar and it looks like a Tues 16th), give us a try, we may have changed our mind and switched to Closed on Mondays, we are just trying to have a little time to ourselves in this beautiful place without working ourselves to death. Can't do the 24/7 anymore!!

Four legged critters are welcome for all of those traveling with your family members:bounce::bounce:

Don't think we've had the pleasure of meeting Stan yet, not many people here right now, some travel back & forth but only occasionally, there are a few year round residents.

We would love to have you visit on your way to or from El Rosario, Baja Cactus is a really nice place (one of the nicest in El Rosario). Hope to see you soon.

Hey, DK. Antonio is a great guy; a gentleman. But, I still cannot help wondering if you get a spiff every time you mention Baja Cactus.

No... sometimes people do things because it is good for others, not for what they can get.
