Baja Babes and Planes calendar

we are planning a pilot's and baja enthusiasts calendar for charity. 2011 edition publication.

i am soliciting tasteful but sexy photos of women age 18 and up in skimpy string bikinis and/or with beach cover ups and also parked planes at any Baja setting which we will "merge" with the planes. The artistic style will be similar to the Babe of the month that Pacific Flyer puts out with their print issue seen in GA airports all over.

the theme is beautiful girls and planes in baja settings.

this is not intended to be lewd, lacivious, crude or nude - just fun stuff that red blooded American guys unabashedly like.

all submissions must be digital hi-rez & will become the property of the event organizer, and no names will be used.

No internet posting or other shenanigans will be done.

these are mature guys who appreciate what God, Cessna, Beech, Piper et al have created.
please email me with any Qs etc. - and send your submissions to:

n7369p at q dot com

one of the months has been reserved so we need 11 more to complete. here's an example of what we want to do, and is a month selection.
i know there are serious photo bugs out there, and you have friends, gal friends, wives, ex-wives (that you're still friends with) which would make great subjects - on the beach, in the surf, on the chaise - whatever!!
help me out with this - all selected entries get a free calendar

the best entry as voted on by our publication committee gets a giant baja wall map donated by me.:bounce:

Dennis.... i was afraid that "wood" happen......;)

seriously - i am not going to open any website that someone puts up here relative to this request.
submissions only by email to the addy listed, puleeze...

Dennis that GD website shut down my browser.:O

probably not true statement.

generally, copyright lasts for 70 years after death of copyright holder.

if you want pics to be legal when you sell/distribute calender, you need to have releases from model, plane owner (if identifiable plane) and photographer.

speaking of big D......
"D" relative to apparel reference always a good idea on submissions.
but - we judge based on quality, not quantity.

perky is good too!
ok, 'nuff with the jokes....this really is a serious effort.

we know all that, and all months' selected will have all 3.

we are already contacting Senora Munoz to secure her ok on the Capt's famous photo. if she ok's we are good, if not we pick another lucky model and plane owner.

Yes I do know he died, he was a neighbor of mine in Bahia, he had parkinsons and in the later years (I was told) was embarresed to see people so I never got to meet him..........I heard he was a great guy. And of course I read all of the Gardner Baja books, an Chorl Pepper used to talk about him. RIP Captian.

Too bad you need a release from the model. Candid shots of baja chicas is one of my favorite photographic themes. I have "a few" in the collection.

send them in - we have to cut and crop anyway - this is for charity - we have to decide ultimately if we will have "exposure" by putting some chick's anonymous photo out there without a legal release...besides....the charity has NO assets - yes the publisher could be sued but we are going to self publish...yes the printer could be sued....ad nauseum.

i am not all that concerned. there are random shots published all the time with zero pushback or some lame ambulance chasing barrister looking for an easy mark.

i will be in mulege april 8-11 - any interested in that? see me at Serenidad.

otherwise - in swimwear or day time negliges (sp?) ): and/or sexy wraps and cover ups lol:

They only give you twenty minutes to stare at it.

Kidding aside, it didn't bother mine. I think it's a legit site.

you should not post your plans to commit crime. now your admission of planning illegal act is preserved in cyber space, and barrister will have easy time of making mince meat of you :lol:

the charity may have no assets, but the individual that apparently hatched the criminal activity, and discussed his plans on internet, appears to have some assets

When is the photo submission deadline? I'll take more baja bikini beach babe photos if I get the opportunity. Mine are mostly face shots.

Sounds like a good hobby for a newly retired guy.

there is no official deadline.
as soon as the committee feels we have 11-12 great and qualified compositions we suspend the solicitations.

we are on 3 baja sites now including BBP.

and 2 other airplane owner's forum sites with members who go to mexico and baja too.
the potential charity is a short list including Mulege Rotary, Flying Sams Lopez clinic. if we pot well we'll split it.

we are asking for donations in the form of free or reduced printing costs as we are a 501c and they can get tax deductions.
anyone with expert photo shop software and skills can help once we start to collate images.
if you are in phx area i'll recompense with a weekend baja clinic trip or something.
i think we have / want to be in to a printer by august to allow lead time?? and swim suit season is june-aug too. so we might get some good shots then.

I have the PERFECT photo of a BAJA BABE and his PLANE from PSF.

That perhaps could be the CALENDAR cover photo! Just let me know if you want the high-resolution shot of that photo.
