It seems to be much further north from the looks of the area and the message attached to the video... Just north of Laguna Salada and south of Rio Hardy... close to the epicenter....

These Americans were on the road from San Felipe To Mexicali right in the heart of the epicenter of the earthquake, they pulled over and saw the huge clouds of dust beginning to rise from the rocks in the steep mountain range. These are the same dust clouds seen in my satellite time lapse videos. I posted this here because it complemented my Satellite imagery. <<<
