It seems a few Nomads reside in this neighborhood or one close to it in PB, that have mentioned owning houses on leased land. I'm curious, are there
also homes for sale where you take title to the land vs on leased land in PB?
This property would be a nice second home for someone living in So Cal.

This property is lease land owned by the Pabloff family. For lease land, it couldn't be more secure. The family is highly honorable....all
generations.
They also own Campo La Joya.
To buy desirable land in a safe setting, one will have to go to the top of the hill that seperates the ocean from the bay, Puerto Escondido.
Bajadock lives up there and will be glad to answer questions....I think.

Why no answers from Gordon, ever? And, why is he advertizing for Irka Davis? I don't get it.
Nice look'n property though for around $47/sq ft, furnished.

Speak up!
Sorry for the tardiness...
Vista house would make a great second house or first. The House and lot came through this years rains without any damage. I saw no signs of water even
having run through the lot.
Punta Banda Maps is a free real estate listing service. I don't sell for anybody but I do list for home owners and agents.
My job is to make homes look good and get them noticed.
Actually Vista House is located on a cul-de-sac. wiki: A cul-de-sac (literally "bottom of the bag") is a word of Catalan origin referring to a dead
end, close, no through road
