Aahhh, spring.
Juvenile great horned owl. Fledged 2+ weeks ago. Has at least 1 sib.
Harris’ hawk. Hatched 2+ weeks ago. There are at least 2 more in the nest.
Crested caracara triplets. Not much longer in the nest I bet.

tehag is my favorite bird photographer and I always pictured him waiting patiently in the trees to get some of his up-close hummingbird shots. Looks
like he waits in the Cardons too!
That owl is the cutest thing. It looks like his body is compressed and one day, poof, he'll puff up to full size and grow in to those
humongous feet.
You must spend hours in the desert to find the unique things you do tehag.
