The best fish I ate today

Ok, we're a long way from the sea right now, and this tinned fish gets us through the day! We brought 3 cases back to Canada, and so far we've had many delightful sandwiches and salads, smoked bonito Lasagna (tomatoe sauce on the bottom, white on the top), jurel Cabbage Rolls, Fish cakes, Fish burgers, and just plain old baked fish.

If you haven't tried it yet, it's a good reason to make a trip to the co-op in Asuncion . I see on the label of the smoked bonito tin that the centro de operaciones is in La Bocana, so go there and look for it too! The fishing co-ops rock!

Haven't seen much for fishing reports lately? Who cares when you can still make some killer sushi!

Are you kidding? Those cinnamon buns are my trade secret. As in I'll trade you buns for scallops!

No duty, as we were under our $ limit allowed for time out of the country.
This fish is like somebody's quality home-canned. No comparison to Starkissed.
