The lease is $800 per year and I have 4 lots or a total of $3,200 per year. We've been here for 22 yrs, and we're on our 3rd, problem free, no surprises, 10-year lease.

I'll put photos up soon. Have lots of the apt. on www.cyberrentals.com, property no. 157581. The apt. is attached to the house, but completely separate. The house and apt. each have their own palapa. When we have guests who want total privacy, we just use our West patios and they use "their" East patio, deck and palapa.

It's a great beach, good neighbors, only 13 houses and a wonderful place to live. It's just way too big for us now and we want to spend more time with family in States.

Sorry, forgot to answer questions about "electric" -- yes, it's completely solar -- great system.

12 - L17s, less than 2 yrs. old and a great wind generator, not attached to the house. We have electric frig in house; elec. freezer in garage; propane stove & frig. in apt.; Sat. TV & Internet in house and hard line Int. in Apt. 950 gal. water tank, pump, 30 gal. accumulator tank. Tank just completely refinished inside, has new tile roof -- house is stuccoed in and out -- new thermal windows and great entry doors on desert side of house --- I'll get the photos done soon!

Set up an account (free) at Photobucket.com and then upload photos from your PC to Photobucket AFTER you select a reduced size to upload at (15" screen, Large or Medium work okay on Nomad)... Not 17" screen or 1 mg. (the standard size is 1 mg. ... it distorts the Nomad page making viewing difficult for those with 15" monitors)

Each of your photos will have a URL link called IMG Code for pasting right here on Nomad or where-ever...

>>> Share this image IMG Code

Here's what it would look like (I added a space, so the photo won't show in the first link, then how it looks without the space inserted, below...
