26 rescued from charter boat

Scary time for some folks at South Coronado island, hit a rock in the middle of the night knocking a bowling ball sized hole in the bottom.

Will they get a bill for the rescue? Seems very dereliction of responsibilities of the operator not having proper equipment to see what's in the water. The rock didn't just get blown in on a typhoon.

IF Asked, .........

Congressman Joe Cao might suggest (as he did to BP Tony) he commit Hari-Kiri, a cultural tradition which he apparently embraces.

Which is kind of odd since he's a Vietnamese Catholic and they consider suicide a mortal sin.

I asked his office for a clarification, but (so far) have received no response.

Now I see that it is. I guess only Americans to the rescue. San Diego Harbor patrol also.
