I just was looking at Mexfish's site's 6/30/00 terrafin map vs a 6/30/10 map and they look pretty similar.

Pretty interesting.

With the SST, as you probably know, you have to compare the color bar with the temps daily because they change.
I see a 5º difference at least and that's a considerable difference.

Also, it should be noted that the SST chart on the left is dated July 29 2000, the one on the right is June 29 2010.

I found it interesting nonetheless that the cool areas and the hot areas are in roughly the same locations.
