Just as I said would happen, the thread was moved... no need to make personal attacks BajaGuy... show me where I have done you any.

When the VERY FIRST post here is made with an effort trying to sell property instead of sharing themselves or their Baja question... and not even looking at the forums to see where an ad should go, it might be none other than a sales spam. If it wasn't, I did welcome the new Nomad... but I guess those words didn't pop out to you?

Now, instead of hate, how about some love?;D

David - it was a bit too perjorative. i know you meant well - but you have to soften the style a little and not be so mandative.
stiff rules are well.........stiff. this is suposed to be fun not a career.

welcome...and if you can get to downtown Ensenada from La Jolla in 30 minutes, I'd love to see how you do it because it takes me a good 45 minutes - 40 in light traffic!

OK Capitan, that's true... sorry to the sensitive Nomads! However... notice the OP (k-garcia) has not responded or posted a second time? It was likely just a salesman hitting all the Baja forums to sell property... I HOPE NOT... but since that was his first and only post, I think my suspitions are correct.

K Garcia... tell us about your love for Baja, what brought you there, something... :light::cool:

Hey, I have an idea, why not post thoughts about the property for sale?

This sounds like an inexpensive, fun weekend/vacation family getaway for folks that like baja and the beach. Northern baja has comfortable weather all year and it's just a couple of hours from the border.

I'm glad to see things like this for sale and think it would be perfect for a young family. It is certainly affordable and in a fun place.

no photos on that site. The poster also just joined the puntabandanewsletter Yahoo group. If I had nothing to do this week, I would wonder over there and shoot a few pix, but no time. What did I do when I actually had to go to work every day?
