Bahia LA- favorite guide?

i've never fished Bahia LA., and action in san quintin is still slow.

i want to fish Bahia LA for a few days, and want a local to show me the spots, as well knows how their water reads.
i am bringing my boat, and want to fish the outer islands. if i can get in the water and swim with a whale shark...that would be ice cream.

i've looked at the bola website. which guide should i contact?
