George of 'Ms Tioga' fame interviews a friend of his who has been living in central Mexico for 10 years and is building his 3rd or 4th home. 2500 sq ft for about $35/foot.

Hola Santiago, i thank you for the most interesting construction interview regarding building in mexico.

does this video encompass all of mexico, specifically baja sur ?

would anyone know of any other such videos addressing building in baja sur ?

I couldn't (wouldn't even) quote sq.ft. cost, but I would assume that as the cement and steel are imported from mainland on the ferry that in itself would contribute to an increase in building costs. Also, labor and cost of living in general is much higher in Baja Sur than anywhere I have lived in Mainland Mexico.
