Spectacular view above the Pacific Ocean...........the weather is never too hot or too cold.........sit by the fire at night and be amazed by the amount of stars in the clear light pollution free sky..........a secure private driveway leads you up to your quality constructed home on a huge over-sized lot that is fenced on 2 sides along with a landscaped berm to the rear and a beautiful natural canyon to the south..........lot is large enough to create your own BMX or motorcross track, or volleyball court, or whatever, the possibilities are endless..........the house itself is 2 bedrooms along with a newly tiled separate toilet room and a spacious shower/tub room.........this large home is 1500 square feet and was constructed with security in mind........a large 2500 liter water pila is installed and the water is supplied via a solar powered pump which provides plenty of pressure.........a generator is also included in the house..........free satellite television with over 300 channels is also part of this deal.........extras include an alarm system, large septic system that will allow for future expansion, and skylights.........the house is at 90% completion, and local builders (English speaking) are available to suit your needs ............as a bonus the world famous Baja 500 and Baja 1000 off road races pass through each June and November, imagine having a BBQ at your house with friends while watching the best racers in the world drop down from the surrounding hills and pass by below you as helicopters film from above...........otherwise, throughout the year enjoy the world class fishing and surfing, or just the peacefulness and beauty of the area by hiking in the surrounding mountains, heading down to the sandy beaches, or combing the tide-pools......this place is a slice of paradise......all within an easy drive from the border, located in a great ocean front community, just 1 hour south of Ensenada.......... priced to sell quickly at just $26,500........negotiable.........any questions just respond to this ad, and good luck and enjoy your new Baja home....................the land is on a $1200 a year lease, landlord speaks English

Now we're talking! $26.5K for a house on a $100 a month leased lot.

Sounds very Baja to me!

Is this between Erendira and Cabras in the community where the road goes up and inland a bit, or at Cabras?

p.s. pics need to be less than 50 kbytes

Sounds really good. But the photos are a turnoff. Your second photo makes it appear to be nothing more than a single wide mobile home. If you really want traffic, post better pix.

I know. Just thought it was funny. A little paint would not be a deal breaker.
So, Kevin, any lease situation can be tenuous. You mentioned that the owner speaks English. That really doesn't go far enough. Obviously, anyone who might be seriously interested will absolutely have to meet with the owner. But the background situation, such as what his rights to the property are, Etc. would be important. Thanks.

Again, another good point...as for the lanlord, he is a full time resident and he owns the whole community, has 40+ properties he leases out, and as far as I know, he has never had any problems with any of them...all the new buyer has to do, is ask anyone who lives in Punta Cabras, they ALL lease form Lorenzo, and this information will be verified. ....I have lived in the area for over a decade, and pretty much know whats going on around here, as for landlords go, he is generally regarded as the best...plus whoever buys the property, I am sure I will meet, and would not want to mislead anybody who will be my new neighbor.
