VILLA COMPLEX IN MULEGE

$120000 - COMFORTABLE AND SECURE VILLA COMPLEX IN MULEGE

A brick built prestige home in Loma Azul (Blue Ridge) about 3 miles east of Mulege town centre. Loma Azul sits on a hill overlooking the harbour, so is well above the river flood zone and is less affected by insects.

The property comprises a main building with two external fully self contained apartments and can comfortably sleep up to 10 persons. Ideal for large family visits or the apartments could be used to give rental income.

All buildings are solidly site built of cement, brick and local stone and have mains water and electricity. Telephone and high speed DSL InterNet are available. The house benefits from a major electrical refit completed by a professional company.

The house, garden and apartments are contained inside 10ft high security wall with embedded glass on top. Double steel plate entrance gates on to driveway give maximum security and privacy.

It is probably closer to one mile east of center of town. Just a minor point, but not a point of contention.

Yes, probably nearer 1 than 3 miles. It just seems like three miles when you are walking it, although it may be that it takes longer because of all the interesting people you meet and chat to on the way!

Yeah, and then you just may have to walk to Pancho Villas or El Patron. If not three miles, it will surely take three hours!:light::bounce:

The link will not work, y'all.
You have to head to craigslist/baja, then type in Mulege, and it pops up.

I'm going to ask for some additional information from the listing agent.

This is a repost on 21st February, as Craigslist is working a little strangely.

Our home is still for sale although we have not placed it with an agent.

The property is in Loma Azul, several hundred feet above sea level, well above the river flood zone and is less affected by insects.
It comprises a main building with two external fully self contained apartments. Total 2800 sq ft approx. All buildings are site built of cement, brick and local stone and have mains water and electricity. Telephone and high speed DSL InterNet are installed.
The main house comprises:
Large open plan Day Room - natural local stone floor, dining area and office space off to one side.
Ceiling fans fitted throughout.
Master Bedroom - with separate dressing room behind double mirror doors, built-in brick and stone fireplace, feature vanity basin, air conditioned.
Bathroom - wash basin and wc, all tiled floor and walls, leading to tiled shower room.
Kitchen - tiled floor and sink unit, wall cupboards, gas cooker, fridge/freezer. Ceiling fan and walk-in pantry.
External features are:
Laundry - Whirlpool washing machine, double sink unit, 1000 litre water storage tank.
Cabane - the larger of the two separate self contained apartments has a large bedroom with double bed, hanging wardrobe and air conditioning, leading to shower and wc with washbasin. Kitchen/diner has sink and hot and cold water.
Cabanita - has a bedroom suitable for bunk beds, a tiled shower cubicle, washbasin and wc.
The garden has mature fruit trees, pink grapefruit, Valencia orange, Seville orange, key lime, mango, fig, coconut and date palms. All are producing good quantities of delicious fruit. An automatic timed irrigation system is installed. The trees give good shade in the summer and the walled garden has several private patios that are cool and comfortable at all times of the year. Large tiled barbecue area.
Pictures are at:

$120,000 US
