No rent needed, Russ...you can use it anytime free. Better yet, I still have my old forms for making those arches..make your own!

Masonry, Ken...just blocks and mud. Plywood form braced with 2 X 4 legs.

It was a very simple fix. Had to be..I'm Norsk.

I love the first one...except for the crooked horizon...picasa has a straightening feature I like...the 3rd photo is just too sexually suggestive for me so early in the morning:O

shari...what crooked horizon? Coyote Bay does that to a person. And yes, that sunrise does look rather .. energetic!!

Speaking of symbols and arches...here's a BEFORE AND AFTER series for you.

BEFORE ARCHES - 1971

.

AFTER ARCHES - 2001

.

Then again... those arches make things softer, don't you think?...

eeeegads....I'm feeling dizzy...I'm a stickler for a crooked hanging picture frame too...it's like an out of tune guitar...fingernails on a chalkboard for me....I'm so sensitive:O

another little tidbit for ya roger...using the clone feature on photoshop, you can correct those bits of photo that are missing...just clone the mountain and cover the white bit...one can really enhance ruined old photos to look pretty darn good.

yup...your place has come a long way...stunning...even when skewed....I think it's like handwriting...what do they say..if it slants up to the right you are a positive person??? that'll be rogelio all right...

NO-NO-NO, shari!

Those cracks, tears, and wear marks on my old photos are NOSTALGIA that must remain on these old photos...no make-overs for me! Sacrilege!
