Mexico City, also known as Mexico D.F, is the capital of the Federal Republic of Mexico. It is also the political, commercial, and cultural centre of the country, and the most populous city. UNESCO has declared the historical centre of the city as a world heritage site. It possesses stunning buildings that have great historical and architectural value. Highlights include the Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Palace, where you can view works by the celebrated Diego Rivera and the Palacio de las Bellas Artes (palace of fine arts). We also recommend that you get to know the Xochimilco ecological park, a picturesque area full of canals along which you can take a ride in a typical trajinera, a wooden canoe decorated with flowers. This area was also declared a UNESCO world heritage site.

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

The blast was blamed on swamp gas accumulation, not a propane tank in the kitchen as originally suspected.

At least there's consolation it wasn't caused by an accumulation of disgruntled waiters.
